  We ship to Dubai, Ajman, Abu Dhabi. All orders are shipped with a UPS tracking number. Always free shipping for orders over US 300 AED. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

  Retuns & Refunds

  • Delivery fees will be subtracted if a customer requests a refund after the shipment has been shipped for prepaid orders.
  • For online orders, will be subtracted. If the order is cancelled upfront, credit charges of 2.5% of the total order value will be subtracted and if the order is dispatched and returned AED 30 will be subtracted for courier costs.
  • If you return an item that was inaccurate, damaged, or defective, you will receive a full refund.
  • The returned item(s) must be undamaged, intact, with original quantity of perfume and sealed in the original packing. Product should be in original condition and with intact plastic seals and wrappers labels.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
