1. Product & Fragrance Questions

Are your perfumes original?

Yes, all fragrances sold on Verstyle Store are 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors or official suppliers. We do not sell replicas, copies, or counterfeit products.

Can I ask questions about a perfume before buying?

Absolutely. Customers are welcome to ask about:

  • Fragrance notes

  • Longevity and projection

  • Season and occasion

  • Similar scents

  • Batch differences

  • Recommendations based on your preferences

Can I request help choosing a fragrance?

Yes. Tell us what type of scents you like, and we will recommend perfumes tailored to your taste fresh, woody, floral, oriental, niche, etc.

Do you offer samples or testers?

At the moment, we do not offer sample sizes. All our products are sold as retail bottles unless otherwise indicated.


2. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD, UAE only)

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes, we offer delivery across all Emirates.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within:

  • 1–5 business days inside the UAE (depending on your location)

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.

How much is shipping?

  • Standard shipping fee within the UAE: 15 AED per order.
  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of UAE VAT.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number from our courier partner.


4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original sealed packaging.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for free replacement or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we cover all return and replacement costs.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds may take 7–14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
