1. Stock Availability

All online orders placed through our website are subject to product availability. While we strive to keep your favourite fragrances in stock, occasional delays or stockouts may occur.

  • Products that are unavailable will be clearly marked as “Out of Stock.”
  • You may contact our support team to inquire about restock dates or alternatives.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. Some remote areas may not be eligible for standard delivery services. If your area is not covered, we will notify you to arrange an alternative delivery option or refund.

3. Delivery Partner

We partner with Quikp for reliable and timely deliveries across the UAE.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fee within the UAE: 15 AED per order.
  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of UAE VAT.

5. Handling & Delivery Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST)
  • Handling Time: 0–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Delivery Time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier workload.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress with our courier partner.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all address details are entered correctly, including apartment number, building name, street, city, and postal code. Verstyle Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at info@verstylestore.ae within 7 days of receipt. Keep all packaging materials and products until your claim is resolved. Claims made after 7 days or without packaging may not be accepted.

9. Hygiene and Safety

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened perfumes or personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
